RED FALL PLANT LEAVES
Kissed by an early frost, this beautiful twining weed uses a milkweed stalk to reach for the sky.

Even weed plants get dressed up in the fall!

    In the fall everyone looks up to to admire the beautitful changing foliage. Try looking down, you'll see some nice surprises.  Plant, just like trees and bushes, have leaves that come in all shapes, sizes and colors. Their fall colors are vibrant and they often display colors not seen in trees or bush leaves, colors like deep greens, purples and various shades of yellow. When spring and summer roll around plant leaves provide a colorful palette for landscapes and artwork.
    Weeds are not the only plants that make beautiful pressed leaf art. House plants, flower garden plants and vegetable garden plants are also a great sources for pressed leaf creativity. Both domesticated plants and wild plants leaves are beautiful subjects for pressing.
