(A) PAYMENTS

2) PERSONAL/BUSINESS CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS

Accepted by special e-mail arrangement. Checks will be mailed directly to Mountain Fables. Item will be held for ten (10) days after e-mail arrangement date. If payment has not been received within the ten days item will be reinstated for sale. (Items will be shipped when payment clears.)

3) GIFT CERTIFICATES

May be purchased using credit/debit cards, check or money order. The gift certificate will be mailed or e-mailed to recipient as per your instructions.

2) SHIPPING CHARGES

1) Buyer pays all shipping charges for purchases and returns. All shipments must be shipped with tracking and insurance.

3) CARRIERS

1) Most packages will be shipped via Unites States Postal Service-Priority Flat Rate unless otherwise noted. Extra Large items will be shipped via USPS or through an appropriate private shipping company.

4) SHIPPING LIABILITY

1) Please confirm that all addresses are correct at time of purchase or when returning a package. Buyer will be liable for expenses incurred if packages are shipped with ann incorrect address provided by the buyer.

4) SHIPPING TIME

1) Mountain Fables' goal is to ship the same day payment is received unless otherwise noted.... However, being in a rural area does present some special considerations in which case one to two days shipping is the goal. Considerations: 1)Weather 2) Our post office window closes at 12:00 pm EST so payment must be received by 10:00am of the day purchased for same day shipping.

5) SHIPMENT STATUS

1) You will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number once your shipment has been sent. Please be sure to inform Mountain Fables of any changes to the e-mail address used for communications about your purchases and returns.

6) THIRD PARTY SHIPMENTS

1) Item may be shipped to a third party upon request. You will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number once the shipment has been sent. The third party will also receive an e-mail at your request.

7) GIFTING MADE EASY

1) Gift wrap and gift card or greeting card available upon request. Any occation. You may add a special message to the card if desired. Special wrapping paper or card needs may add one to two days to shipping time.

 

 

(C) RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Mountain Fables strives for your complete confidence and satisfaction with the goal of making your shopping experience as pleasant and smooth as possible. With this goal in mind merchandise may be returned for any reason by following the basic return policies and procedures listed below.

**** RETURN POLICY ****

1) RETURN TIME

1) 30 DAY CASH REFUND: Please return the merchandise withhin 30 days of the date you receive it. The return merchandise postmark must be dated within this 30 day period (no later than the 30th day ) to qualify for a cash refund. The date that you receive the merchandise and your date of return will be established by the tracking receipt postmarks.

2) AFTER 30 DAYS-STORE CREDIT: Merchandise returned, with authorization, but shipped after the 30 day period has expired will not be eligable for a cash refund. In this instance a Mountain Fables Store Credit for the full value of the merchandise returned will be issued. This credit will be good until used.

2) REFUND AMOUNTS

1) MERCHANDISE: A full cash or credit refund, an equal exchange, or some combination of these will be given, unless otherwise noted in the merchandise description.

2) SHIPING: No return on ANY shipping charges. Returns are for merchandise only. All shipping charges will be incurred at buyers expense.

3) RETURN EXCEPTIONS: On rare occations or at end of season sales there may be merchandise which is non-refundable and/or non-exchangable. Goods marked "as is," "no returns accepted," "all sales final" or with similar language will always be clearly marked and will not be returnable for cash, store credit or exchange.

5) GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates must be redeemed for merchandise. They cannot be refunded for cash or credit/debit card credit. Once merchandise is purchased the merchandise may be returned for store credit as per standard return policies and procedures.

3) RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

1) RETURN AUTHORIZATION: All returns must be authorized by e-mail and given a Return Authoriaztion Number<. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number displayed on the outside of the packeage will not be accepted, at owners expence. (See REFUND PROCEDURES below for information on obtaining the Return Authorization Number.)

2) RETURN SHIPPING: BUYER WILL PAY RETURN SHIPPING.
TRACKING AND INSURANCE MUST BE INCLUDED.

3) CARRIER CHOICE: The merchandise must be returned using the same carrier and shipment method it was sent by. Ie: If the merchandise was shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate, the return must be shipped back using USPS Priority Flat Rate.

4) In an attempt to make the delivery of purchases and the receipt of returns as timely as possible Mountain Fables does not ship or authorize return shipments using ground, parcel or media mail.

5) OFFICIAL RETURN ADDRESS: Because the Mountain Fables address is rural it has both a physical address and Post Office Box address. The required shipping address will vary by carrier. The correct address to return your merchandise to will be covered during the Return Authorization process. If you received your shipment via the Post Office you may use the same address found on the origional shipment. Private carriers sometimes need a postal and physical address plus phone number. If you have any further questions after receiving your Return Authorization instructions please e-mail Mountain Fables before shipping. ** Buyer will be financially responsible for mis-shipment
of their return.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

1) Refund credits, exchanges and adjustments will be processed only after merchandise has been received and checked back into stock.

**** RETURN PROCEDURE ****

1) REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

1) Send a request to return merchandise explaining the reason for the return.

2) You will be sent an acknowlegment of receipt and a very short questionairre offering choices for resolving your problem.

3) Next you will receive a second e-mail. If your preference for resolution is a refund you will be given a Return Aurhorization Number and a form that will have a space for your return shipment infomation: Carrier / Tracking #/ Insurance. You may return this e-mail using the reply button once you have shipped the package and completed the return shipping information.

3) You will receive an e-mail when your package has been received and checked in.

****REFUND FULFILLMENT****

1) CREDIT/DEBIT: Your credit/debit card account will be credited via PayPal once the returned merchandise has been checked in. Credit can only be issued to the credit/debit card account that the origional purchase was made with.

2) CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS: Payments by check or money order will be issued a Postal Money Order made out to the person or company named on the origional purchase instument only. The refund will be mailed to physical address used for your origional purchase via The United States Post Office. Larger dollar amounts ($ 3,000.00 and above) may be refunded using a bank money order or certified check.

1) Satisfying your inquiry about merchandise.

2) Processing your order; ie: personal information, items purchased, physical addresses, e-mail addresses, payment data, or gifting informationis confidential and will not be disclosed, shared, sold or transfered to a third party for any purpose or reason.

3) Your e-mail address will NOT be used for in-house communication reguarding special offers, occational sales and/or previews of new collections without your consent.
